How Being Humanitarian Responded to the Flood Emergency

Being Humanitarian, under the guidance of its trustees and team, has always been at the forefront of responding to crises in Pakistan. The scale of destruction from the recent floods was immense, and our priority was to provide immediate relief to families who lost everything.

Our efforts focused on ensuring food security and providing nourishment to displaced families living in temporary shelters.

Food Packs Distribution

Through your generous support, Being Humanitarian distributed 148 Family Food Packs among the most affected households. Each pack contained rice, flour, lentils, oil, and other essential items, enough to sustain a family of 6 for an entire month.

This timely support brought relief to families who were left without livelihoods or crops.

Cooked Food Distribution

Recognizing that many families had no means to cook food, our team provided over 2,000 Hot Meals to survivors in temporary shelters.

This effort ensured that no one went to bed hungry, and families received not only food but also hope during a time of despair.
